Please take Invoice or receipt once the garments are delivered.
Invoice or receipt to be presented at the time of delivery of garments.
If Invoice or receipt is lost garments shall be delivered to the owner after verifying his/her identity.
Customer’s should examine their garments at the time of delivery; Tide ‘n’ White would not be held responsible for any damages that are found after delivery.
If not satisfied with the quality of any service, call us within 24 hours for resolution.
Tide ‘n’ White will not be responsible for any color bleeding, fastness, colour running, shrinkage, damages to embellishments or embroidery work on the garments during processing.
At Tide ‘n’ White, we will try our best to remove any stains on the clothes; however we cannot guarantee its 100% removal of stains. No claims in this regard will be entertained.
All garments are given by the customers at their own risk. No claims will be entertained for damage to the garments which cannot withstand the cleaning or dry cleaning process.
We shall not be held responsible for damage to any ornaments, stones or jewellery articles on your clothes during cleaning or dry cleaning.
Tide ‘n’ White shall not be held responsible for damage, cut, shrinkage, holes, scratches, stains etc. becoming apparent during the washing process due to manufacturing defect, adulteration, deterioration, wear & tear, and exposure to environment.
We try our best to ensure timely pick-up and delivery; however if due to any reason could not fulfil our pick-up & delivery commitments, customer cannot put any claim on us.
We will not be responsible for the clothes not take by the customer beyond 4 (four) weeks of delivery date.
We do not accept any liability for any loss or damage to the garments arising due to fire, burglary etc. which are beyond our control or similar incidences.
Tide ‘n’ White will not be held responsible for any valuables/article/cash, etc. inadvertently kept in the garments.
Tariff for Designer Clothes & High-End Fabric Clothes or Delicate Clothes would be informed to the customer separately by at the outlet after examining the garment.
In case any garment gets damaged/ misplaced due to any reasons other than the reasons mentioned here above, the compensation for the customer would be no more than 10 times of the value of the charges specified to the customer for the processing or INR 1500 or actual cost of the garment, whichever is lower. This compensation will be given in the form of Credit Note only.
Pick up & Delivery is a free service to the customers for their own convenience. We will not be held responsible for any damage or misplacement of garments during transportation.
Tide ‘n’ White reserves the rights to cancel/modify/change the terms and conditions at any point in time without any prior intimation or notice
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi only.
